Beloved husband of the late Florence, a much loved dad to Amanda and Darren,
A special thank you to Lavender Lodge Nursing Home for all of the care and support that they gave Dad over the last few months.
Funeral service will be held at St Mary's Church, Chaddesden on Monday 2nd September at 10.00am, followed by burial at Dale Hill Natural Burial Ground, Dale Road, Ockbrook, DE72 3RY.
Family flowers only please but if desired donations for the "Dogs Trust" may be given at the service.
